Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods:
Returns are not accepted.
However, we’re happy to offer refunds or replacements under certain conditions.
We will offer a refund or replacement if:
Your cookies arrived damaged
You received the wrong item
Your package was not delivered (confirmed by the shipping provider)
Please Note:
We do not offer refunds for:
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Dislike of taste or texture
Shipping delays caused by weather or carrier issues.
If your item has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven't collected it, and it gets returned, then we can't offer a refund or replacement.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we require a photo of the defect to assess refund eligibility. Without a photo, we are unable to assess your claim.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info.mrscookies@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we will issue next steps via email.
